Our Process

- This is one of the most important aspects of the process, as it allows the client to share their ideas, requirements and overall expectations. It is also crucial to iron out any potential implications or unique attributes to the location, event venue, subject or product.
- In some cases, we may ask that a brief questionnaire be filled out to help us better understand these areas more thoroughly.
- Generally for editorial or larger client engagements a contract will be drafted for review and signature to proceed.
- At this time, an initial booking deposit of 50% of the total is required to schedule the shoot.
CONSULT - DISCOVERY

- The day or night of the shoot, we ask that there be access provided to the location anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours prior to start, depending on what is needed for set up time.
- We will take intermittent breaks during the session to share images or footage for brief review and feedback.
THE SHOOT

- After the shoot, please expect to receive a link within 48 hours for proofing and final selection.
- At this time, Final payment will be collected in order to receive all final edits.
- Within 3-5 business days after final selection, you will receive a link to an online Gallery displaying all previously selected images fully edited.
- Additional editing can be completed upon request. (Please refer to the pricing chart for additional post processing.)
PROOFING - PAYMENT

- Clients will easily be able to fulfill all print orders and albums with the lab of your choice.
- Choose one of our lab partners *Recommended*, or self-fulfill with any lab in the world.
- Pricing, Print sizes and Album specifications will all vary based on your selection.

Whether it's a corporate function, sporting event, engagement/wedding, car show or concert, we provide all the equipment and skill necessary to capture the most memorable moments.

- Pricing includes (5) Studio Quality images with advanced lighting and editing techniques, (2) Photoshop’d Composited Digital Backdrop image edits, (2) .psd or .TIFF file Hero Image Cut Outs & (10) editorial lifestyle shots of Products or Food per hour..
- Client is responsible to provide all props, stands/platforms and composition for editorial style shots.
- $100 Per Product for standard white background e-commerce/amazon style photography. – Full retouching of each image. (5 Images)

- Professional Headshots- $150 for 3 Fully Retouched High resolution digital JPEG images included- $45 per additional retouched image.
- Candid Portraiture- $240 for 20 High resolution digital JPEG images included- $20 per additional retouched image.
- Access to a private Online Proofing Gallery for image selection & Download.
- Physical albums and Print pricing can be provided separately in gallery.
- Multi-Location, Multi-subject, and Travel Fee may apply.
- REAL ESTATE Commercial/Residential$180Per 2,000sf ($50 per each additional 500sf)

- $50 for each additional 500 Sq/ft over 2,000. (This applies for Stills, 360° Tour & Video.)
- Up to 30 High resolution still images of entire interior/exterior of location.
- Digital images to be provided through Online Gallery.
- $260 for a fully immersive 360° Virtual Tour. (Via CUPIX)
- $300 to film, fully edit and provide a cinematic video of the location.
- **Please note: Specific pricing packages are available, depending on services requested and overall size of the location.**
- EVENT$140/HR

- This includes up to 25 digital images per hour of the event to be delivered.
- Color correction and photo enhancement on all images.
- Advanced Image Retouching available upon request. – ($30 per image)
- Access to Online Proofing Gallery for image selection.
- Physical albums and Print pricing can be provided separately in gallery.
- Half Day and full day rates available.
- VIDEOGRAPHY$150/HR

- Daily Rates- $1,000 day – 8 Hours + Equipment Setup & Breakdown.
- Video Editing Rates will vary depending on project requirements.
